Started my keto journey 3 weeks ago, and already lost 17 pounds. I felt the most striking benefits when I was having cravings, and when I was going through the “keto flu.” This definitely eased the transition and helped me maintain my macronutrient goals by helping me to avoid those carbs. Taking it in the afternoon through afternoon lulls has also helped me maintain alertness. Pleasantly surprised with how well it worked!

Keto-ing can get expensive. I found these on a search to find some BHB capsules at a cheaper price. Not only are they cheaper, but the dosage is smaller. Seems like a good product and I have had no issues with them at all. Great find!!!!!!!

I’ve been taking this for about a week whit a Keto diet and minimal working out and have lost 8 lbs. I like it so far, no odd side effects, feel like I have plenty of energy.
I’ll update after I’ve been doing this for a while longer.

I have been on and off a low carb/Keto diet for years. As a result of my struggles with hormone imbalances, I have seen no real weight loss results since the very first time I started the diet over 7 years ago. It has been very frustrating and hard to stick to the diet with no weight loss motivation, hence the on again off again pattern. I recently became aware of the exogenous ketone products on the market, and decided to give them a try because nothing else had worked, and I was tired of making all the diet effort for nothing. I tried one of the expensive powdered drink options first, and really had a problem with the Stevia in it as well as the really high cost. When I came across the Keto Pure Diet capsules, I knew I had to try them. They had awesome reviews, a great price, and no Stevia to bother my stomach. I am amazed and delighted to report that I am about 2 weeks in to my bottle, and I am actually losing weight!!! Contrary to all my initial expectations, this product actually works!!! I am definitely going to continue using it, and I highly recommend it to anyone else out there like me who, for whatever reason, is not seeing any results from Keto dieting alone.

I had lost 20 pounds on the first month of Keto. Then I plateaued and lost nothing for two weeks. I did some research and ordered these. After just five days of taking them, I’ve lost four more pounds after two weeks of plateau. They work as described! Recommended for Keto!

A little disappointed with the weight loss so far. I’m about 8 days in and have only lost 6 pounds. Other than that i’d say the product is pretty good I was just expecting more rapid weight loss. thanks.
